Dead Man Blogging 415 'I Lose People...': Bleeding Cool's 'Fear the Walking Dead' Live-Blog!

Welcome back to Dead Man Blogging: Bleeding Cool‘s Fear the Walking Dead Live-Blog! as we live-blog the penultimate episode of the AMC series’ fourth season ‘I Lose People....’ /// With only two episodes left to go in the fourth season of AMC‘s Fear the Walking Dead, Morgan’s (Lennie James) going to move heaven and earth to get his crew to The Walking Dead’s Alexandria-Hilltop community – even while Martha/”Filthy Woman” (Tonya Pinkins) works to expunge him of all of his “weaknesses.” As tensions fray and the dangers mount, Morgan realizes that being a true leader might involve making he ultimate sacrifice. /// So check out our live-blog of 'I Lose People...' to see if it's worthy of Morgan's sacrifice - and our attention span /// Fear the Walking Dead s04e15 ‘I Lose People…’: The group’s hope falters as they seek a way out; Alicia and Charlie reunite with friends.

End of Days! 802: Bleeding Cool's 'American Horror Story: Apocalypse' Live-Blog!

Welcome back to End of Days! Bleeding Cool's 'American Horror Story: Apocalypse' Live-Blog as we take a look at the second episode of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk's horror anthology, 'The End.' /// If you’re Michael Langdon (Cody Fern), things aren’t looking too shabby from an antichrist’s perspective: the world’s gone to nuclear hell, chaos reigns, and the last outposts of humanity (at least on the west coast?) appear to be dropping like flies. You’ve got control of Outpost 3, facility leader Wilhemina Venable (Sarah Paulson) is none-the-wiser…and Miriam Mead (Kathy Bates)? She’s showing some seriouslong-term potential in your “expansion” plans. Things are looking pretty good, right? /// Enter Supreme Cordelia Goode (Paulson) and the witches of Coven – and from what we can see in FX‘s teaser for American Horror Story: Apocalypse, they want a say in any new world planning going on. /// American Horror Story: Apocalypse s08e02 ‘The Morning After’: Written by James Wong and Directed by Jennifer Lynch

Dead Man Blogging 414 ‘MM 54’: Bleeding Cool’s ‘Fear the Walking Dead’ Live-Blog!

Welcome back once again to Dead Man Blogging: Bleeding Cool‘s Fear the Walking Dead Live-Blog! as we live-blog the fourteenth episode of the AMC series’ fourth season ‘MM 54.’ There’s this thing that fans of AMC‘s Fear the Walking Dead have come to expect from the series, especially during this fourth season: if there’s a chance for a good situation to turn bad, it will – and if there’s a chance for a bad situation to get really, really bad, well... /// All Morgan’s (Lennie James) trying to do is get Al (Maggie Grace), June (Jenna Elfman), Jim (Aaron Stanford), Wendell (Daryl Mitchell), and Sarah (Mo Collins) reunited with the rest of the crew so they can make their way to The Walking Dead‘s Alexandria-Hilltop-Sanctuary community. One problem: Dorie (Garret Dillahunt) and Victor (Colman Domingo) are stranded, and Dorie’s eaten his last piece of licorice – that’s not a good thing. Add still-missing Luciana (Danay Garcia), Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey), and Charlie (Alexa Nisenson) into the mix – and this is after a major storm threw them around like Legos – and it’s pretty clear this isn’t going to be a simple case of “grab-n-go.” /// Then there’s Filthy Lady (Tonya Pinkins) and her “mission” to bring Morgan back to his old primal self – and as we saw at the end of last week’s episode, she’s willing to do it by any means necessary. /// So will 'MM 54' be a sign of hope for our survivors - or a sign of even darker things still to come? /// Fear the Walking Dead s04e14 ‘MM 54’: Difficult decisions lead the group into uncertainty; Alicia delivers on a promise to Charlie.

End of Days! 801: Bleeding Cool's 'American Horror Story: Apocalypse' Live-Blog

Welcome to our very first edition of End of Days! Bleeding Cool's 'American Horror Story: Apocalypse' Live-Blog as we take a look at the eighth season premiere of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk's horror anthology, 'The End.' After months of casting announcements and teasers, we're finally getting our chance to see if all of the hype surrounding the season's Murder House/Coven crossover was worth all of our geek frustrations. /// American Horror Story: Apocalypse s08e01 ‘The End’: Written by Ryan Murphy & Brad Falchuk; Directed by Bradley Buecker

Dead Man Blogging 413 'Blackjack': Bleeding Cool’s ‘Fear the Walking Dead’ Live-Blog!

Welcome back once again to Dead Man Blogging: Bleeding Cool‘s Fear the Walking Dead Live-Blog! as we live-blog the AMC series’ lucky (???) thirteenth episode of season four, ‘Blackjack.’ /// Morgan (Lennie James) finds himself reunited with Al (Maggie Grace) and June (Jenna Elfman), and now they've gotten to meet his new “frenemies” Jim (Aaron Stanford), Wendell (Daryl Mitchell), and Sarah (Mo Collins). Now it's off to pick up John Dorie (Garret Dillahunt), Strand (Colman Domingo), and the others before making their way to The Walking Dead‘s Alexandria-Hilltop-Sanctuary community. /// Except...Strand and Dorie have found themselves a bit stuck at the moment, while Luciana (Danay Garcia) struggles to help another survivor - and then there's Tonya Pinkins' mysterious stranger, who looks ready to end their journey before its even begun

Dead Man Blogging 412 ‘Weak’: Bleeding Cool’s ‘Fear the Walking Dead’ Live-Blog!

Welcome back to Dead Man Blogging: Bleeding Cool‘s Fear the Walking Dead Live-Blog! as we live-blog the AMC series’ twelfth episode of its fourth season, ‘Weak.’ /// So Morgan’s (Lennie James) decided to try for the best of both worlds: use his new “frenemies” Jim (Aaron Stanford), Wendell (Daryl Mitchell), and Sarah (Mo Collins) to scoop up the folks he left back in Texas, drop off some safety boxes along the way, and make his way back (with new team in tow) to the warm embrace of The Walking Dead‘s Alexandria-Hilltop-Sanctuary community. /// Pretty straightforward plan, right? What could go wrong? Well... /// Fear the Walking Dead s04e12 ‘Weak’: June helps when Al's health deteriorates; Morgan searches for friends lost in the storm.

Taking Confession 310 'The Light Above': Bleeding Cool's 'Preacher' Season 3 Live-Blog!

Welcome back to Taking Confession: Bleeding Cool’s Preacher Season 3 Live-Blog!... and believe it or not, we've actually reached the series' third season finale as we take a look at 'The Light Above’. /// So Jesse’s (Dominic Cooper) got his groove back and a last dance with Gran’ma (Betty Buckley) waiting for him at Angelville; Tulip’s (Ruth Negga) going toe-to-toe with Hitler (Noah Taylor), Hell, and The Saint of Killers (Graham McTavish) to avoid a one-on-one with Satan (Jason Douglas); and Cassidy’s (Joseph Gilgun) trying to win over the “Children of Blood”: a typical day for our trio, right? /// Throw in Herr Starr (Pip Torrens) rockin’ trendy styles of “schwanzkopf” head-covering fashion, an Allfather (Jonny Coyne) having pulled off a way too believable Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life homage, and “Crisis on Infinite Humperdoos (Tyson Ritter)" wandering the planet and you’ll see why things are exactly as they should be going into our live-blog of tonight's season finale 'The Light Above'. /// Preacher s03e10 ‘The Light Above’: Jesse returns home for what he hopes is the last time but angers Starr and endangers Cassidy in the process; Tulip battles hell and Nazis.

Dead Man Blogging 411 'The Code': Bleeding Cool's 'Fear the Walking Dead' Live-Blog!

Welcome back to Dead Man Blogging: Bleeding Cool‘s Fear the Walking Dead Live-Blog! as we live-blog the AMC series' eleventh episode of its fourth season, 'The Code.' /// After a weak mideseason start, FTWD threw the second-half of the season back into quality overdrive thanks to  Alycia Debnam-Carey and Alexa Nisenson's performances in 'Close Your Eyes'. So get yourselves ready for what's expected to be a more light-hearted, Morgan (Lennie James)-centered episode that introduces us to some new faces by checking out this synopsis of 'The Code' /// Fear the Walking Dead s04e11 ‘The Code’: Morgan's journey is derailed by some new acquaintances.

Taking Confession 309 'Schwanzkopf’: Bleeding Cool’s ‘Preacher’ Season 3, Episode 9 Live-Blog!

Welcome back to Taking Confession: Bleeding Cool’s Preacher Season 3 Live-Blog! as we take a look at this season's penultimate episode ‘Schwanzkopf’. /// So stop me if you’ve heard this one before: The Saint of Killers (Graham McTavish), The Angel of Death (Erinn Ruth), Hitler (Noah Taylor), a member of an Illuminati-like clandestine organization, and a man whose failed suicide attempt left him with an arse for a face are waiting for a bus to Hell… /// Except there’s no punchline — that’s where things stand for Featherstone (Julie Ann Emery), Eugene (Ian Colletti), and their travelling mates as we crash into AMC‘s Preacher s03e09 ‘Schwanzkopf’. That situation alone would be more than enough for an entire episode; as we can see from the trailer and sneak preview below, a bus ride to Hell seems like a vacation compared to Jesse’s (Dominic Cooper) one-on-one with the Allfather (Jonny Coyne) and Cassidy’s (Joseph Gilgun) painful attempts to expose Eccarius (Adam Croasdell). /// Preacher s03e09 ‘Schwanzkopf’: Divided and trapped, Tulip, Jesse and Cassidy battle old friends, new enemies and loved ones to escape certain death – or worse.

Dead Man Blogging 410 ‘Close Your Eyes’: Bleeding Cool’s ‘Fear the Walking Dead’ Live-Blog!

Welcome back to Dead Man Blogging: Bleeding Cool‘s Fear the Walking Dead Live-Blog! as we live-blog the AMC series' tenth episode of its fourth season, 'Close Your Eyes.' /// We're not going to beat the issue to death: if you saw/listened to our review of mideseason opener ‘People Like Us’: we weren't too impressed with it. With that said... it looks like our wandering survivors will be getting their storyline mojos back this week (fingers crossed); so with that in mind, here's a look at what we can expect from AMC‘s Fear the Walking Dead, ‘Close Your Eyes’ going into tonight's live-blog /// Fear the Walking Dead s04e10 ‘Close Your Eyes’: Alicia’s forced to reckon with an agonizing past while seeking refuge from a storm.
