Happy Trails! Episode 108: Join Us for Bleeding Cool’s Happy! Live-Blog!

Thanks for joining us as we wrap-up our first season of Happy Trails!, Bleeding Cool’s live-blog of Syfy‘s Happy!, with tonight’s season finale, ‘I Am The Future”: Happy! s01e08 ‘I Am The Future’: With Christmas approaching, Sax and Happy are locked in a climatic confrontation to rescue Hailey from Very Bad Santa's lair; Merry sets out to save Amanda from a far more powerful foe. Less of a “formal review” and more of a running “revap”-type (review/recap) thing, we’re covering the nitty and the gritty of the episode, along with some of my thoughts on what worked and what should’ve be left untouched by human hands. If you’re not familiar with the comic book series, then you should definitely keep that in mind as you keep reading or watching. If you know what’s coming, then spoilers probably aren’t going to be a big deal for you; but there may be some discussion (translation: rants) of either subtle changes or drastic differences that you might want to avoid until you see them for yourself.

Happy Trails! Episode 107: Join Us for Bleeding Cool’s Happy! Live-Blog!

Thanks for joining us as we go storming into our "Magnificent Seven" edition of Happy Trails!, Bleeding Cool’s live-blog of Syfy‘s Happy! and tonight’s seventh episode, ‘Destroyer of Worlds.”

Happy Trails! Episode 106: Join Us for Bleeding Cool’s Happy! Live-Blog!

Thanks for joining us after a two week break for our fifth edition of Happy Trails!, Bleeding Cool’s live-blog of Syfy‘s Happy! and tonight’s sixth episode, ‘The Scrap Yard of Childish Things” Less of a “formal review” and more of a “revap”-type (review/recap) thing, we’re covering the nitty and the gritty of the episode, along with some of my thoughts on what worked and what should’ve be left untouched by human hands. Happy Trails! Episode 105: Join Us for Bleeding Cool’s Happy! Live-Blog!

Thanks for joining us after a two week break for our fifth edition of Happy Trails!, Bleeding Cool’s live-blog of Syfy‘s Happy! and tonight’s fifth episode, ‘White Sauce? Hot Sauce?". Less of a “formal review” and more of a “revap”-type (review/recap) thing, we’re covering the nitty and the gritty of the episode, along with some of my thoughts on what worked and what should’ve be left untouched by human hands. If you’re not familiar with the comic book series, then you should definitely keep that in mind as you keep reading or watching. Happy Trails! Episode 104: Join Us for Bleeding Cool’s Happy! Live-Blog!

Thanks for joining us for our fourth edition of Happy Trails!, Bleeding Cool’s live-blog of Syfy‘s Happy! and tonight’s second episode, ‘Year of the Horse.” At the end of last week's episode, Christopher Meloni‘s Nick Sax went twelve rounds with Very Bad Santa (Joseph Reitman)... and it did not go well for Sax, to say the least. Thankfully, he's got his bright blue imaginary friend Happy (Patton Oswalt) to come to th-sorry, never mind! So now it looks like Sax has his hands full tracking down a psycho Santa who has his stomach full (!!!), as we charge into this week's episode.

Happy Trails! Episode 103: Join Us for Bleeding Cool’s Happy! Live-Blog!

Thanks for joining us for our third edition of Happy Trails!, Bleeding Cool’s live-blog of Syfy‘s Happy! and tonight’s second episode, ‘When Christmas was Christmas.” So after spending some quality existential stage time with Jerry Springer in his head, dealing with a coked-up Happy and playing a few friendly hands of poker with "friends" who have a ton of vested interests in seeing him no longer among the living, Christopher Meloni‘s Nick Sax has a new sense of purpose and commitment to doing what's right... Except that his only partner is a blue imaginary creature who's on borrow from his kidnapped daughter, and that everyone and their mother (on both sides of the law) are out to put an end to Sax permanently. What could go wrong...right?

Happy Trails! Episode 102: Join Us for Bleeding Cool’s Happy! Live-Blog!

Thanks for joining us for our second edition of Happy Trails!, Bleeding Cool’s live-blog of Syfy‘s Happy! and tonight's second episode, 'What Smiles Are For." So it looks like we've established some basic "ground rules" after last week's debut episode: Christopher Meloni's Nick Sax is, a cynical, alcoholic ex-detective turned hitman who gets a new "friend" in the form of Happy (Patton Oswalt), the imaginary friend of a young girl who's been kidnapped by a psychopathic Santa (Joseph D. Reitman). Complicating matters is that Sax's old boss, wealthy crime boss Francisco "Mr. Blue" Scaramucci (Ritchie Coster), wants him dead; and now that he thinks he's in possession of a precious password, he really wants him dead. That's a cue for Smoothie (Patrick Fischler), Mr. Blue's right-hand torturer and resident expert in unpleasant interrogations. Did I mention that Sax is left trusting old "friend" Det. Meredith McCarthy (Lili Mirojnick), a resilient homicide detective who just so happens to also be in the pocket of Mr. Blue? Or that the little girl that was kidnapped is actually Sax's daughter. Yeah - thought that might be important...

Bring Out Your Dead! 808: Bleeding Cool’s The Walking Dead LIVE-BLOG!

Thanks for joining us once again for Bring Out Your Dead!: Bleeding Cool’s The Walking Dead LIVE-BLOG!, as we take a look at tonight’s massive 88-minute mid-season finale - it looks like the final battles of this season's "All Out War" are going to waged in the streets of the Hilltop, Kingdom and Alexandria. In the end, it all leads up to a "shocking moment" that AMC (and Talking Dead's Chris Hardwick) promises TWD fans will be talking about for weeks to come.

Happy Trails!: Join Us for Bleeding Cool's Happy! Live-Blog!

Thanks for joining us for our inaugural edition of Happy Trails!, Bleeding Cool’s live-blog of Syfy's Happy!.
